- Any replacement or addition of Diamond, Uncut Diamonds, Precious Gems, Platinum and Gold will be billed at current market price as per the prevailing country rate.
- You can exchange your gold or diamonds at any Vinsmera Jewels outlet globally with a valid invoice/certification.
- You may place personalized orders and secure gold rates by paying 50% of the estimated jewellery value.
All custom orders must be collected within one month of the delivery date specified in the vouchers by presenting the original voucher.
Exchange
Within 15 Days
You can exchange your gold or diamond jewellery at the full value, provided the jewellery is in its original condition. Only one such exchange will be permitted against an invoice.
Beyond 15 Days
Any Gold and Platinum can be traded at current market rate.
- For Dzire, Solitaire (jewellery and loose stones), Srishti and Tyohara collections; you may receive 100% of current diamond price and 75% of current natural stone prices (Ruby, Emerald, and Blue Sapphire).
- For Varnika jewellery, you may receive 75% of current natural stone prices (Ruby, Emerald, and Blue Sapphire).
- For jewellery sold at fixed retail pricing, you may receive 80% of the receipt value (excluding tax).

Cash Return Policy
Return of your gold jewellery for cash is available at any Vinsmera Jewels location worldwide with a valid receipt. Diamond and gemstone jewellery may be returned at any global location with a valid receipt and diamond certification.
Standard rate reduction policy based on current gold policy will apply to the gold portion of your jewellery.
- For platinum jewellery you may receive 96% of current platinum prices.
- For Tyohara and SRISHTI Jewellery, you may receive 80% of current diamond prices and 70% of current natural stone prices (Ruby, Emerald, Blue Sapphire).
- For Varnika jewellery, you may receive 70% of current natural stone prices (Ruby, Emerald, Blue Sapphire).
- For Dzire Jewellery and Solitaire (Jewellery and Loose Stone), you may receive 90% of current diamond prices and 70% of current natural stone prices (Ruby, Emerald, Blue Sapphire).
- For jewellery sold at fixed retail pricing, you may receive 70% of the receipt value (tax excluded).
